Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Hyman earned a bachelor's degree in child development from the University of Virginia and her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. She practiced pediatrics in Michigan after completing her internship and residency at the University of Michigan Health System. Dr. Hyman enjoys traveling and reading.
